UK Claims Excellence Awards 2012

Winner of 'Broker Customer Care Initiative of the Year'

KTIB's in house claims has was once again been recognised as providing an outstanding and unique service to its clients, winning a prestigious award at the Insurance Times UK Claims Excellence Awards in 2012.

The Awards Ceremony was held at the Intercontinental Hotel in London on 8th May and was attended by KTIB's Claims Manager Darren Easton and Director Jon Titlow. KTIB were presented with the Award for 'Broker Customer Care Initiative of the Year' in front of the cream of the crop of major contributors to the UK Insurance Claims industry.

KTIB's presentation to win this Award was based on our new Online Claims Notification and Tracking initiative which has been very warmly received by our clients since it's introduction in late 2011.
